Today, BuzzValue serves leading companies in the retail and branded goods industry, print and TV, banking and insurance, telecommunications and consumer electronics, travel and tourism, and many other sectors.

 

Now, Austrian social media market research pioneer BuzzValue is setting the next milestone in the analysis of digital communication: With its new business unit AION Research, the company is launching a specialized unit for the observation, auditing, and analysis of artificial intelligence. The goal is to make the presence and content relevance of brands in the responses of ChatGPT, Gemini, and others qualitatively measurable for the first time.
